Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the
name, mailing address, occupation and name of employer of individuals
whose contributions exceed $200 in an election cycle.

An individual may contribute up to $2,300 for the Primary election and $2,300 for the
General election for a total of $4,600. Federally registered Political Action Committees
may contribute up to $5,000 for the Primary election and $5,000 for the
General election for a total of $10,000.

Contributions or gifts to Anne Barth for Congress are not tax deductible.

Contributions are prohibited from corporations, labor unions, and foreign nationals
who are not admitted for permanent residence.
