Can Anne Barth give Capito a race?
National pundits are adjusting their outlook after 11th-hour entry

There's no doubt the 11th hour filing of Anne Barth for West Virginia 's 2nd Congressional District seat has changed the complexion of that race.
Within 48 hours of her filing, the Democratic Congressional Committee, Sens. Byrd and Jay Rockefeller and Reps. Mollohan and Rahall have all endorsed Barth.
The congressional campaign committee says Barth is an even more formidable candidate than Unger.
